I was so tired of looking at my outdated painted kitchen cabinets, the ones with the paint peeling, the outdated style and the hardware that was installed unevenly. I obtained bids from various companies that were priced so high I could have gutted my kitchen and installed all new cabinets and countertops! Along came Joe at Countertop Rock & Cabinets. I not only received a fair price but was also given help with styles and colors. Joe also made sure the entire process was explained in terminology I could understand. I love my kitchen, again. The cabinets were properly prepared, I have all new doors, drawer fronts and hardware and my kitchen has been updated by 30 years....AND the actual time my kitchen was semi functional was only 4 days. A special shout out to Chris, Luis and little Joe, you guys made this entire process painless, and truly went out of your way to be sure everything was perfect.

After many months of looking and trying to find someone I could trust and have the style of cabinets and granite I was looking for. I landed with counter top rock. I called in and a woman named Laura took my phone call. Instantly I felt like I was talking to friend. The honesty and price sold me instantly. The owner even called me and thanked me for the business. Great quality, great prices.

CTR has the best INTEGRITY and remained transparent whole heartedly with our best interest in mind. Can't say enough for all of their employees, Hunter, Josh and now Abigail that have walked us through these past 14 painful months of PURE STRESS!! I ordered cabinets from some local yahoo wholesaler....THE START OF OUR FAMILY NIGHTMARE! I should of just canceled and went with Joe from CTR but I didn't want to pay a 30% restocking fee for canceling our order with those yahoos.... I truly have lived to regret that decision!!! I should of ran... ran so fast and far from that wholesaler... they lack experience, integrity and most of all they have zero customer service!! We had to seek legal advice against that other company!! It was a nightmare!! Finally 14 months later not only is CTR coming to the rescue to save our family from this nightmare but they are beyond caring and kind to us. I can not SCREAM LOUD ENOUGH HOW WE APPRECIATE CTR!! The wisdom that Abigail has and her work ethic in pressing me to think of life in the kitchen while laying out a kitchen professionally is priceless!! Abigail's experience is far better then any big house HD or Lowe's rep ever. We have been on this endeavor for 14 months and spoke to so many people, take it from this mom of 6, I will save you the headache and heartache, CTR is the only way to go. You are in good hands with CTR! Do NOT fall for the wholesale warehouse lies...RUN TO CTR! I can finally see light at the end of this tunnel! Thank you CTR for always staffing reputable employees that are so knowledgeable. They all looked at my bad install and knew immediately that it was a full replacement needed from day 1. That is exactly what the ROC granted us as well. So glad we get to have CTR install our kitchen, restores our faith with a real contractor, we know it will be built with integrity!!!
